Failing At Another Weight Loss Attempt?

The great debate about which diet is right for you and how to avoid the common
mistakes still rages on.
I'm going to tell you how to weed out the common mistakes and get on with
your weight loss goals.
The first thing you want to do is set a goal!...Write it down where you can
see it every day.
One of the biggest mistakes that people make when they begin a diet is to go out to their kitchen and begin to throw, everything that is tempting, out to the garbage.
Do Not Do This!!...At least for the beginning stages of your diet.
You are allowed to keep some of your comfort foods around. You should not deprive yourself of foods you like.
Remember This..."Everything in Moderation"...Keeping your goals in mind.

Another common mistake dieters make is going on those diets where you eat the same
thing every day as these diets tend to get boring and bland very fast.
You know what they say "Variety is the Spice of Life".
Select a nutrition plan that allows to eat a variety of foods.
Remember...you're still allowed some of those devilish treats...But,by all means, allow yourself to begin to enjoy the woderful flavors that Fruits and Veggies have to offer. These are great for late night snacks!

Another point I want to bring up is this:
Do not set your goals too high!!
In other words...Don't start of with a diet plan stating that you're going to lose
100lbs. - Is this realistic...maybe it is. But if you have any doubts then it's time to get more realistic.
Some of the best dieting success stories are those that started out with the goal of just wanting to lose 10lbs.

One final point about dieting and failure... and this is Big One!
You are going to have set-backs .But by no means does mean
that you should ever give up...never!
The end result of a good dieting plan is a healthy body...A healthy body leads to a
Happier you so Surge forward every day
